Privacy Policy

Early registration. When you join the early list we collect your name, email address, the product you are interested in, which description best fits you, and whether you agreed to receive launch updates. We send one confirmation email to the address you give us, and we only send launch updates after you click the link in it.

Suggestions. When you submit an app or feature suggestion we collect the category, your reason, the details you write, an optional app name, and an optional email address so we can reply.

Votes. To prevent duplicate voting, we create a random identifier, store it in your browser, and save it with your vote on our servers. It is not linked to your name, email, or account, and we do not share it.

Technical data. Our hosting and database providers record standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use these for security, debugging, and capacity planning. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy for how it handles that data.

We also measure how the site is used. We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to count page views and visits. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you view. We keep our own count of page views as well, using a random session code that stays on our own systems and is not sent to Google. Neither count includes query strings, email addresses or anything you type into a form.

To reply about early access, to understand which products and features people want, to publish approved suggestions and vote counts, to keep the site secure and working, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising networks or advertising pixels on this site. We do use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read.

This site does not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named like _ga) to tell visits apart and count them. We use browser local storage for two things: remembering that you have already voted, and remembering your place in our suggestion forms. We use browser session storage to hold a random code that groups the page views of one visit. Clearing your browser storage and cookies removes all of these. You can also block Google Analytics with a browser extension or by turning on your browser's tracking protection, and the site will still work.

Only service providers that process data on our behalf, under contract: our application hosting and database provider, our email provider (Base44, which sends our confirmation and launch emails on our behalf), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our domain provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Early access requests and suggestions are kept while they are useful for product planning, and deleted when they are no longer needed. Request logs are kept for a short operational period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not email you again. We keep only the address and the date you unsubscribed.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of early access email at any time by writing to the address below. Write to wcndevco670@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe at any time at /unsubscribe, and rejoin by registering again on our home page.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Access to stored data is limited to the site administrator, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
