These terms are an agreement between you and WCN Development Co, LLC ("WCN", "we", "us") about your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes our studio and the products we are building. It lets you request early access, submit app and feature suggestions, and vote on suggestions other people made. Nothing here is an offer to sell a product, and nothing here is a promise that a product will ship.
Early access
Requesting early access puts you on a list. It does not guarantee access, a place in line, a launch date, or a specific feature set. We may invite people in any order we choose, and we may change or cancel a product at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
1. Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or threaten anyone.
2. Submit content that is abusive, hateful, infringing, or contains someone else's confidential information.
3. Submit spam, advertising, or automated bulk submissions.
4. Attempt to break, probe, or overload the site, its forms, or its vote counts.
5. Scrape or copy the site at scale, or impersonate another person or WCN.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting a suggestion you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, and build on that idea, including in commercial products, without payment or attribution to you.
Submissions are not confidential. Please do not send trade secrets or anything you need to keep private. We are not obligated to use, publish, or keep any submission, and we may remove one at any time.
Public suggestions and votes
Approved suggestions are shown publicly along with their vote counts. We moderate submissions before they appear and may decline or remove any of them. Vote counts are a signal for our planning, not a binding commitment.
Our content
The design, text, graphics, and code of this site belong to WCN or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it for commercial use without our written permission.
Third party links
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on the site is general and is not professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, WCN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which WCN Development Co, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts that serve that state.
